January to May
Villa    $850 USD per week/$125 per night 3 days minimum. 
Casitas  $325 USD per week/$50  per night 3 days minimum.

June to August
Villa    $1,200 USD per week/$175 per night 3 days minimum.
Casitas  $465   USD per week/$70  per night 3 days minimum.

September to December
Villa    $1,025 USD per week/$150 per night 3 days minimum. 
Casitas  $400   USD per week/$60  per night 3 days minimum.

Christmas/New Years 12/18/06 to 01/07/07 and Semana Santa 
Villa    $1,305 USD per week/$190 per night 3 days minimum.
Casitas  $500   USD per week/$75  per night 3 days minimum.

A 50% Deposit will hold your reservation, with the balance
due 15 days prior to your arrival, balance due 30 days prior
your arrival during holiday dates. 

Refund available if cancellation is done 15 days prior of arrival

* With advance notice & payment, house will be stocked with requested
